2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not completed as described or agreed upon.
  • There were significant issues with the quality of the service provided.
  • The service was cancelled by BillMatrik.

3. Refund Process To request a refund, contact our customer support team with the details of your service and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and, if deemed valid, process the refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if part of the service was completed satisfactorily but there were issues with other aspects of the service.

5. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The service was completed as described and to a satisfactory standard.
  • The refund request was made more than 48 hours after the service completion.
  • The issue was due to customer-provided incorrect information or unsafe conditions.

6. Payment Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of service booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative method will be arranged.

7. Cancellation Fees If a service is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply, and this fee will not be refunded.
