2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The service was not completed as described or agreed upon.
- There were significant issues with the quality of the service provided.
- The service was cancelled by BillMatrik.
3. Refund Process To request a refund, contact our customer support team with the details of your service and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and, if deemed valid, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Partial Refunds In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if part of the service was completed satisfactorily but there were issues with other aspects of the service.
5. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

- The refund request was made more than 48 hours after the service completion.
